Richris Maintenance, Inc. is currently hiring an experienced maintenance technician to service our communities throughout San Diego County.
Applicant must:
Have a minimum experience in building maintenance/repairs.
Be able to read and write in English. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Have access to a vehicle during business hours, as well as a valid driver’s license.
Be able to pass a background check.
Have own general hand tools.
Be hard working and detail oriented.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Building repairs and/or preventative maintenance
Document details of all work performed on site
Respond to building repair emergencies as necessary
Minor electric
Minor roofing repairs
Painting
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and will pay $18.50 to $24.00 an hour based on experience.
