Jensen Maintenance and Construction is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician you will perform interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance, including but not limited to general maintenance requests, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting. You will be required to communicate effectively with residents, and team members while operating in a safe manner to uphold safety and operations standards. The ideal candidate must be experienced in household maintenance repair, detail-oriented, organized, energetic, engaging and have excellent interpersonal skills and be problem-solving oriented. ***How to apply: Please email your resume to [email protected]. Please do not attempt to contact the office directly.*** Reports to: Maintenance Manager Salary: $18 - $24 / hour depending on qualifications Health insurance and vacation benefits start after 60 days. This opportunity will consist of the following: • Complete maintenance requests as they come in • Inspect completed work done by other vendors • Assist in any other projects and activities as needed Expectations: • Organized and strong attention to detail • Lift heavy loads (up to 100 pounds) • Ability to use email and other programs. • 2 years minimum Construction/Maintenance experience. • Beginner experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, preferred • Customer service skills. • Verbal and written communications skills. • A valid class C driver's license
