Rehoming Two YO Shih Tzu

Unfortunately my youngest daughter is having some health issues and because of that we are needing to rehome Kia, our two year old shih tzu. Kia is a female and she has not been fixed. She has had all of her puppy shots but she needs to be updated on her rabies. She is house trained but will have an occasional accident here and there, mainly when it's raining outside. She is crate trained and super friendly. Loves other dogs, big and small but doesn't have any experience around cats. She does great with our kids and other children but she has a lot of energy. Her birthday is 4/30 so she just turned 2. She is on the smaller side, I would say around 10-12 pounds. We have a crate, lots of toys with a toy basket, multiple beds, dog shampoos, collars, food storage with some food, food bowls and leashes that we will send with her. We also have dog trimmers and brushes because we have been trimming her hair ourselves. Because we are going to be sending all of the things with her and to ensure that she is going to a home that can care for her we are asking for a $300 rehoming fee.
