Description
I'd like to get thoughts from potential investors regarding a new venture I'm embarking on. I've created a product (a board game that teaches people about how the stock market works in a fun and entertaining way) and have gotten the prototypes of it made. However, I need $50K to have the game produced on a large scale for retail. I already have a manufacturer here in the U.S. but cannot move to the next phase until raising the necessary capital.
My question is: how do potential investors feel about giving a loan with an interest rate as opposed to having an equity stake?
I realize that everyone is different and I've seen shows like Shark Tank, but as an investor, which is most desired?
Thank you for your thoughts.
