hiring a second set of hands for light construction & yard clean up

hi, I am looking to hire a second set of hands for around a couple projects for some basic tasks: -fence repair -light landscaping (weeding, raking, etc) -jobsite cleanup -paint prep -light demo work -wash/wax trucks/trailers -etc. I am not looking for a skilled tradesperson, but rather someone who has a good attitude and is a hard worker. I am very easy going, patient and happy to teach along the way so long as I'm working with someone who values my time as well as their own. Jobsite locations will mostly vary from Fremont to Santa Clara, so please have your own reliable vehicle. Pay is $20-30/hr based on your skills/availability/tools. Currently looking for a consistent 16-20 hrs a week, but have many other projects and can provide additional hours if requested. Hours can be broken up into 2-8 hour chunks depending on your availability.
