Making things illegal will make crime stop???

If you believe this, you are betting more than your own life on it. Show me any country that this has worked in. In open carry states, crime is much lower than those with restrictions...look at the City of Chicago compared to the State Arizona for your prime example. If making things illegal makes them go away, then why do we have police, jails and prisons? 100 million gun owners have never killed anyone, ever!!! So why should everyone be punished for the actions of a very few??? When we choose to punish success and reward failure, we have all failed absolutely!!!
