String Band Looking for Additional Musicians

We’re an acoustic string trio of fiddle, upright bass, and banjolele. We do a mix of tunes from the Fiddler’s Fakebook, the Dixieland Real Book, random Americana, and a growing list of our own originals in the same vein. We take the music seriously while never failing to have fun. We are looking for another musician or two. We’d love to find someone to play snare drum with brushes. We’re also into adding a guitarist. Or if you play something else that might fit, reach out. We play pretty much every Sunday roughly 10-noon in Alameda or Oakland. We are almost ready to start gigging and we’ll probably rehearse less once we do. Until then, please be committed.
