Lost lil Black Dog

Tiny small black dog found at intersection where Pittsburg center bart is. Found around 7am on 5/23. It was wearing a doggie shirt with an attached tutu. If you can describe what words were on said tutu/describe the tutu shirt we will return the dog. She is super friendly/scared. She is also isolated in a room with 2 cats. So essentially on her own and safe. Please contact us if this your dog. You can call if this is your pet. She will be well taken care of. But we do want her to get home.
