Need to replace our beloved handyman who moved on after 15 years to help with projects for our rental units. Flexible hours 10 to 20 hours per week (we can usually work around your schedule of gigs). Problem solving skills and creative solutions for difficult issues a plus. Skills: light plumbing/electric, tiling, carpentry, installation of kitchen cabinets, bathroom refreshing, etc. Must have tools. We have a person who can assist with more complicated projects.
