We are looking for a part-time General Construction Laborer. EXCELLENT pay. This position will require construction cleaning, mowing, power washing, general gardening, and a variety of other tasks. Must be experienced, DEPENDABLE, RESPONSIBLE, have dependable transportation, clean driving record, IF NOT DEPENDABLE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. • He /She will remove various types of construction materials and debris and disposing into on site dumpsters. • He/ She will sweep and /or mop interiors of newly constructed homes removing debris from all areas. • He /She will power wash all finished flatwork areas, streets and garages on construction sites • He / She will perform various types of lawn, yard and lot work ie; weeding, use weed whacker, mowing, yard waste removal etc. • He /She may at times dig ditches and /or trenches for the purpose of installing drainage on specified lots. • He /She may be asked to perform other duties and /or tasks not listed above as needed for the Construction laborer position. • Job Duties are varied but will consist of: Cleaning, mowing, general gardening, power washing, and a variety of other labor intensive tasks. MUST be dependable with good attendance, a great work ethic, a good attitude and MUST have reliable transportation to work Must be willing to work in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL a plus). Must pass drug screening. This is a physically demanding job and one where the incumbent is required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks, and so forth.
