There is a part of my living room basement floor that is caving in. I think there's a rotted peice of wood under it. The job will involve removing the old tile floor sections. Fixing the subfloor with plywood and 2x4s. Then setting the tiles and grouting. I think I have all the tools needed except a hand saw to remove the grout around the current tiles but it would be great if u had all of the tools needed. I also have some smaller bathroom mounting projects that need to be completed. Willing to pay $25 an hour. Please respond with experience and if u are able to start tomorrow morning.
