Located in Duluth Ga, Hamilton Maintenance is a commercial property trash removal service. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. The day porter is responsible for cleaning large illegal dumping items at retail shopping centers that we service. Also we clean around dumpster enclosures, and to keep the properties free of debris and trash to have their customers have a clean and safe experience on the property. Requirements: - Must pass a drug test (we are a drug free work place) - Pass a NVR report since your job will require driving company vehicle - Have a valid Drivers licence - Pass a USDOT physical - Pass a criminal background check Job Responsibilities - Remove illegal dumping on the Property - Clean and sweep around dumpsters and the enclosures - Clean and sweep loading docks behind the center - Prep the properties for when owners come to visit - Patrol sidewalks and report any safety hazards to supervisor - Must be able to lift large heavy items - Drive between jobs in a safe manner Hours of operation are 7-5 Monday - Friday / Some Saturdays, but very few
