We are looking for an artist interested in sharing studio/workspace 3-4 days a week. (Flexible schedule) We are two artists who have under lease the studio 218 of 250 44th St. We are looking for a Studio partner. The space is great, a large three lightings windows. 24/7 elevator service. In a old building with a great community of artists, creatives and small business. My self and my partner we are visual artist, and we are seeking a visual, graphic, tattoo artist. So the space will definitive be creative work space.
