Private Exhibition & Shopping Hour Reserve the Museum for a private visit! December 22 - January 2: While the Museum is closed for a "short winter's nap," we are making room for special family visits to the Museum during this holiday season. This means that while the Museum is technically closed, families can make a reservation (in advance!) to visit the Museum for an hour to enjoy our community space in place of the normal celebrations with family and friends that cannot take place this year. +++ Visitors can expect to view the Museum's current exhibitions (including "Perspectives | 2020: The Bicentennial Art & Artifact Show") and to explore the Museum Mercantile to find unique, Maine-based holiday gifts! One reservation allows for up to 6 members of the same household to visit privately. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND OURS: - Masks are REQUIRED at all times- "Household" refers to people living in the same location as a "pod"Tickets: Admission to the Museum is FREE during the month of December.
