Hello, I own a single family house in Peoria, at Cactus and 79th Ave cross street. About 3 weeks ago, there was water damage, it was mitigated. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that are affected. Now I need to get dry wall repaired and painted, plus other items that need be installed back in place, such as doors, bathroom vanity, toilet, etc. I need a detailed estimate from you, the work can be started immediately after that.
