So Russian released a list of people permanently banned from Russia; Biden was on it, as were many other politicians. Donald Trump was not. I guess Putin wants to keep the way clear for his personal pet Trump to come visit, and pay proper respects. Everyone knows Trump will gladly go over to Moscow, get on his knees, and service Putin. It's common knowledge.
