Playful small dog needs new home

Mickey is a male dog who is about nine years old. My brother in law recently suffered a brain injury and can no longer take care of him, so we are looking for a new home for him. Ideally, it would be a home where we can receive pictures/ updates of Mickey and visit him in the future. Mickey is a small dog of about fifteen pounds. He is neutered and has recently received all his shots. He is a long hair dog who likes to play (all the time). Mickey is a sweetheart and loves to be friends with everyone. He doesn't have exposure to children, so we're not sure how he'll react to them. Taking him on walks prevents accidents in the house, but he still will have accidents occasionally when he gets really excited or nervous. He has a sensitive stomach and can only eat hard dog food.
