Hi. I am an experienced lead and rhythm guitarist in East Mesa. I've gigged, recorded, etc. I'm seeking a mainly-cover band, with its roots in rock, classic rock, and blues rock. Some of the bands I've covered include the Aerosmith, Allman Brothers, Jeff Beck, BB King, Clapton, Collective Soul, Dishwalla, Dr. John, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Foo Fighters, Johnny Lang, Karen Lawrence, Led Zeppelin, Melissa Etheridge, Nirvana, Tom Petty, Queen, Rolling Stones, Kenny Wayne Shepard, SRV, Stone Temple Pilots, The Ventures, Joe Walsh, Stevie Wonder, ZZ Top and others. Willing to do a handful of originals as well, if the tunes fit the project. Have done well over 100 gigs in front of audiences ranging from 100 to 1,000+. I understand how to rehearse, learn the material before engaging with other band members, and leave my ego at the door. I don't play metal, and I'm not a country player. While I respect all genres and types of music, I know what I am competent at and don't want to waste your time auditioning for a project that doesn't fit my background. I am not a vocalist. I have pro gear and reliable transportation, etc. Thanks for reading.
