We end 2020 on a positive note letting go of this year and focus on embracing our transition into 2021. Join us for and easy comfortable one hour meditation outdoors on the beach. All levels welcome. Especially encourage struggling beginners to attend. Hour will be broken into comfortable parts, not one hour solid meditation. We may go a bit longer if we want. Kelly may play some singing bowls and may incorporate some chanting. We may even pull a few Oracle cards to see what pops up! We like to go with the flow and leave things open to what is being guided in the moment 😊 Bring something to sit on(sand may be moist)and wear many warm cozy layers as weather is unpredictable lately. Prob expect mid 50's with part sunshine. Bring blankets or throws to snuggle in and any crystals you enjoy as well. Free parking on Pacific Street (read all posted signs, attendee responsible for all parking violations). Public bathrooms on 19th/Pacific. Please quietly follow the 19th Street beach path to the shore. Attendees will have to climb a medium to large sized berm to reach the water side of beach. Kelly will be leading this laid back style meditation look for her blue hair. You may feel free to wear your mask, but once you are in your distanced spot it will be up to you to wear or take-off. Kelly will take hers off once we begin so she is audible to attendees, but will put on if closer to others so everyone is comfortable. We will have community bottles of sanitizer on-hand for use also. If you are sick or are experiencing any symptoms please stay home. Rain or Shine. No refunds on donations.
