Part time short term help needed

Looking for someone that can assist with the following tasks: Painting, Laying Pavers, Running Blow Torch, Digging, Clean up, and more. The right person for the job is someone that can be told how to do something one time and then do it without constant supervision. Must have transportation. Hours will fluctuate based upon what tasks are needing completed. Pay rate will vary between different projects/tasks. Some tasks will pay hourly, other tasks will pay piece rate. Starting hourly rate $18. Need someone to start next week. Work available for several months. If you don not have transportation don't reply. Only reply if you can be where you say you are going to be at the time you say you will be there. Don't reply if you have "Drama" in your world. Simple, if you are a worker that doesn't need their hand held throughout the day please reply. I am easy to get along with just don't need to have someone that cannot do things without me standing next to them. Example: If hourly tasks are completed and there are piece rate things needing completed, the ideal candidate would move on to those tasks (plus you make more money that way). This is not a charity or a work training facility. Paid on daily basis for first week, following weeks will be on a weekly basis
