My name is Tom Springer. I am a singer-songwriter forming a band to play my original music, which combines witty, provocative rhymes with rock guitars and rhythms drawn from hip hop, reggae and EDM. Imagine Neil Young mashed up with Talking Heads, Run-D.M.C., 311 and The Chainsmokers and you’ll be close. I will sing lead and play rhythm guitar. I'm looking for a drummer, bassist, lead guitarist and keyboard/multi-instrumentalist. Stage experience and gear are musts. Additional musical (e.g., vocals), technical (e.g., live sound engineering) and/or business (e.g., booking) skills are pluses. My initial goal is to gig regularly in and around Boston.
