Artist Seeking Summer Sublet

Hi there. I'm an artist and educator and I'll be in Boston for the month of July (beginning of Aug. as well) to teach at MassArt. I'm looking to sublet studio space while in town to be able to bring work with me to take studio visits during my stay and keep my practice alive. I've taught with this program for the last 4 years, but this is the first time back in person since covid hit and the second time I'll have sublet a studio. I'm somewhat flexible and am looking for the right fit with one of the following scenarios 1. Ideally I'd like to rent Live/Work or Loft style space that could serve as both housing for myself and family as well as function as a studio space where I could install work and be able to take studio visits. 2. I am open though to the possibility of subletting a Work Only studio space and my family and I will stay elsewhere and I'd use the space for my work. 3. The possibility of a sharing a studio space with someone who has more space than they need or perhaps will be traveling a good bit and not in need of their entire studio. Thank you in advance.
