install a grinder pump, fix existing piping, solve issue

Description

I have a grinder pump- new- that needs to be installed right where the old one was. Its simple in concept, a little tougher in execution. The other pump- there are two that operated in tandum- is leaking at the PVC so need that fixed. And last, I need to figure out a way to filter out what comes in. Flushable wipes keep getting in and causing the pumps to trip out. I have a possible solution: a basket cylinder that would slip over the intake and be able to be removed monthly and emptied. Let me know your experience and price. I want someone familiar with this, reliable, and professional. I've pulled the grinder pumps myself and put the one back in. With the knowledge this shouldn't take but 1 hour to do. The basket would be additional, but just need to figure it out.
