Maintenance Staff Position We have an immediate opening in our Maintenance Department. Skills should include carpentry, plumbing and electrical. We are a clothing optional LGBTQ resort with rental cabins, pool, tenting areas and RV sites. The primarily job requirements are building and infrastructure maintenance and renovation. Responsible for maintenance of facilities includes trouble shooting and repair of electrical and plumbing problems as well as building construction/renovation projects. This is a full-time position. Hourly rate is $16.00 hour. Benefits include free lunch on days worked, work shirts, use of the facility when not working. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background check and drug test (THC allowed). Other Job Qualifications: Able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Maintain a neat and orderly work space. Assist other employees when asked. Ability to work with others, be well groomed and present a good public image. Ability to work with a diverse public and to provide quality customer service. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to work outdoors in a variety of work conditions.
