OPEN GROUNDS/MAINTENANCE POSITION-FRUITLAND PARK, FL Desired Attributes/Skills: Dependable, self-motivated, team-oriented person; common sense, able to perform duties w/ minimum supervision; experience in grounds & maintenance; well water & sewer service repair and maintenance; lawn equipment operation and building maintenance on clubhouse and common area buildings. preventative maintenance; knowledge of basic electrical repair. safe driving record and driver’s license; be in good physical condition to handle summer heat. Must pass a background check & drug test. Examples of Work Performed: · Upkeep/curb appeal of recreation and common areas · Weed eating/edging all areas of the park as needed Maintain exterior of all buildings, common areas, shrubs, flower beds, and recreational facilities, etc. on a routine basis · Spray, fertilize & herbicide application as needed · Repair of water & sewer lines as needed or assisting vendor if needed · Trimming and/or removal of small trees within the park as needed · Occasional inside building maintenance/cleaning as assigned · Perform preventative maintenance of all equipment on a routine basis & keeping an inventory list · Keep vehicles, shop, and all other work areas clean · Perform all other duties as may be assigned Hours: General Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday Subject to modifications by management DEPENDING UPON AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES Job Type: Full Time 40hrs per week, $15per hour
