That’s right, we need someone who is ready to drive and operate the Caboose as well as creat coconut concoctions in our certified kitchen! DAILY OPERATIONS: We are looking for a loyal employee, ready to lock’n’load the Food Truck Trailer and take to Honolua Bay Lookout, or assist our Event Director during catered events. Our passion is to hydrate and heal the world one coconut at a time, so we’ve gone the extra length in every direction to create everything we can from the coconut. Such as authentic Hawaiian Coconut Shave Ice, hand-pressed coconut gelato, Coconut Cold Brew and so much more! Sold right from da Caboose. PRIMARY DUTIES: Selling Coconut Product Maintaining cleanliness Chopping coconuts Extracting water from coconuts Transporting the Coconut Caboose Food Truck to an arranged locations Assist in Catered Events SKILL​: Self-motivated Team player Proper food preparation skills Abides by COVID Cleanliness requirements for all certified kitchens Sales experience "Shave-ista" - skilled at shaving ice! Lifting 75lbs < Drive a Truck and Trailer QUALIFICATIONS​: Valid ID Reliable Transportation Sales/Service Experience Ready to join the team?
