AMUSE BOUCHE Inspired Small Bite FIRST COURSE Watermelon Salad Cucumber, Feta, Radish, Grapefruit, Mint SECOND COURSE Florida Shrimp Chowder Pork Belly, Potato, Coconut, Aji Amarillo THIRD COURSE Corn Tortellini Oyster Mushrooms, Ginger, Basil, Lobster Butter FOURTH COURSE Braised Beef Cheek Potato puree, black garlic, shallot jam, red wine jus FIFTH COURSE “Hot Chocolate” Rum Cake Espresso Mousse, Hazelnut, Sweet Plantain, Salted Caramel *Dinner is served with 2 glasses of wine.
