P/T - STRONG W/ FLEXIBLE HRS NEEDED FOR A FEW LOADS & CLEANING DUTIES

Looking for strong personnel who can take direction and handle a few heavy loads as well as clean up after the job site (mop, disinfect, sweep dusty areas, etc.). These are empty apartments unit and empty storage units and it requires a few hours a day to just jump in and clean and transport loads of items or furniture to the truck for transport and carting away. Worker needs to be flexible whether we are starting at 9am or 6pm. If can't do flexible hours, we may not be able to use you. We will never work more than 6 hours a day, and pay is $25.00 an hour. 5 hour minimum. That's $125.00 a day MINIMUM. $150.00 plus, if you want the hours. If you have handyman/carpet laying or locksmith skills even better and if you can also drive is a plus though not required. If you have any of the above skills PLEASE LET US KNOW FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE.
