Need a teacher who can motivate

I have a 7 year old. I need a teacher/childcare for few hours over the weekend who can motivate a kid to learn things on their own. Currently, the kid does not want to learn on her own and need someone who can motivate her and who had some experience doing that in the past. Please tell me about your experience how you have motivated kids before and where those kids are now, like if they are doing good in their school or they are successful in their career etc.
