MUST HAVE: -Can do attitude -Reliability -Strong work ethic -Adaptability -Willingness to learn and take direction Hardscape/Landscape Specialist The specialist creates high quality landscape installations and provides superior customer service. The position reports directly the landscape foreman with general oversight from owner/director of operations. The pursuit of education and certifications is highly encouraged. Position responsibilities -Must have strong understanding of hardscaping techniques and best practices -Ability to complete installations with minimal supervision. Projects include but not limited to patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, fences. -Implements proper landscaping techniques and utilize equipment, power tools, small machinery, and hand tools to carry out full service installations and proper handling of all materials. Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity including working with a team or independently. Each company member. Has great attendance and strong work ethic attitudes. Will routinely load/unload vehicles and safely transport equipment and materials to job site. Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis. Meet company tasks expectations. Continuously Improve knowledge, education, & industry awareness. Requires a motivated individual with at least 2-years hardscape installation experience Must have working knowledge of Hardscapes, working knowledge of equipment, good communication skills, clean-cut personality, and willing to work in a TEAM environment. Must be able to complete tasks expressed in the job description and be willing to participate in other activities as deemed necessary by company. Work Environment/Requirements: • $500 sign on bonus after 1 month • Paid membership to Integrated Family Medicine • Work for a small family oriented growing company • Paid lunch half hour • Paid holidays 2 Days Thanksgiving, 2 days Christmas, Easter, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Years Day. Often at least a week paid between Christmas and New Years • 1 week PTO after 3 months • The best coworkers • Work 5-8 hour days with optional overtime • Valid drivers license required • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 80 lbs. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee are regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather (hot and cold), and moving mechanical equipment.
