Lunchtime Yoga on the Green @ 1100 Winter Street
Yoga on the Green classes have similar building blocks to traditional vinyasa flows. The postures are held longer and the pose-to-pose transitions are done at a more moderate pace. Verbal cues and “hands-on assists” will ensure proper alignment and encourage you to practice with personal awareness. Classes will be held outdoors in natural heat aiming to increase blood flow and flexibility. All levels welcome!
