TWO LOCATIONS ON DIFFERENT DATES King-Lincoln Park Join us outside on the 2nd & 4th at 8:30am for yoga outside. Feel the dew from the grass on your feet and start your weekend off on a centered and calm note. We'll play with shapes and movement, sweat a little and then settle for a relaxing savasana. ALL levels and body shapes welcome and encouraged to attend. *No experience needed.
