Observe Mental Health Awareness Month with yoga between our bookshelves. We are excited to partner with Andrea Poppe, owner of Fountain Square Yoga, for this unique family-friendly opportunity to practice yoga in our bookstore. This will take place before the store is open and is for those aged 7+. Please bring your own mat. EventBrite registration is required. This event is Pay What You Can -- Here’s what your Suggested Donation can do for the Indy Reads community: $10 - This donation covers the cost of one attendee to this event. Indy Reads strives to bring the very best programming to Fountain Square and all Hoosiers. Thank you for helping us to keep our quality programs accessible for all! $20 - This donation covers the cost of two attendees to this event. If you are attending as an individual, your ticket at this level makes it possible for another who cannot afford a ticket to attend. It is only through the generosity of our community that we are able to support programs that enrich the lives of all Hoosiers. Thank you for your support! The Instructor Andrea, the owner of Fountain Square Yoga, completed her 200HR RYT under Michelle Young through My Vinyasa Practice. Andrea’s classes introduce a fun, dynamic approach to your yoga practice, opening the body in a slow yet strong way. Breath Work, Mindfulness, and Meditation are very important in emphasizing the body's ability to move naturally.
