STATE STREET CAR WASH is hiring a career minded Site Manager who is seeking an outdoor, fast paced work environment. $ 70,000k - $ 80,000! As Site Manager you will be working alongside our General Manager and our Associates. If you have experience with tools, and driven with an unquestionable work ethic, can lead by example and want to grow your career, we should talk. Promotions are based on performance, not seniority. This is a full-time hourly position requiring a 50-55 hour work week with two days off a week. You're responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash! WHAT YOU WILL DO • Mechanical Inclination. Disassembly and reassembly of machinery with understanding of how moving parts and pieces of equipment work. • Assure excellent customer experience for every customer, every time. • Management of a crew of 7-10 associates • Handle customer questions or issues. • Training associates. • Maintenance of car wash equipment. • Manage inventory/ordering. • Constant supervision and upkeep of premises. • Must be able to withstand working outdoors 80%-100% of the time year round. • Has a clear understanding of POS systems and ensures all process are followed. • Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company policies and procedures.
