Part -Time AND Full Time depending on issues, hourly or negotiable wage paid per week. Knowledge of Property Management/Real Estate requirements since certain guidelines ~ Fair Housing Requirements have to be met Plumbing, electrical and construction knowledge, certification is needed/required.
