Carpenter and helper wanted

We are currently looking for carpenter and a helper. We are a smaller company who works some new construction but primarily remodels. It's high end work that requires an eye for details. Because we do all aspects of the remodel, one week we'll be framing, the next drywall and trim, the week after we may be forming up concrete. So while everything falls under the umbrella of carpenter, the work changes from week to week. Expertise on framing or concrete is a plus. Carpenter requirements - working safely, for yourself and those around you. - your own transportation. - your own hand tools. - pay for this position is dependant on experience, effort and attitude. But I'm not trying to hire anybody who isn't worth at least $25/hr. Helper requirements - natural athleticism, I don't mean a bodybuilder, I mean athletic, like you have good footwork and don't gas out during steep hikes that you do for fun. If this isn't you, you should look for another trade because you're going to get hurt. - ability to follow instructions. - ability to stay positive in less than ideal weather. Both hot and cold. Dry and wet. - Ability to lift 50LBS over your head, manipulate it easily, and hold it in place without moving while it's fastened. - pay for this position STARTS @ 18/hr
