Share with other friends or your school/youth group - anyone with difficulty affording a prom dress is welcome at our giveaways!PRINCESS PROJECT TEEN FAQ'S Are there any COVID guidelines this season? ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE DRESS STORE MUST SHOW PROOF OF FULL COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS, OR A NEGATIVE PCR COVID TEST RESULT DATED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ENTERING THE DRESS STORE. Face coverings are preferred, but optional, while shopping inside the dress store, regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have a mask and would like one, we will provide a brand new disposable one for you upon check-in! Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? The Princess Project Silicon Valley serves Bay Are high school teens who cannot otherwise afford a dress for prom or other special occasions. Teens must have a valid high school ID in order to be admitted. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your high school ID. Can I book a group appointment for me and my friends? Definitely! Make sure to have their first and last names, phone numbers, e-mails, and parent information in order to book all appointments. Can I book a group appointment for a School/Organization? Definitely! Make sure to have each students first and last names, phone numbers, e-mails, and parent information when scheduling. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Our current location will have complimentary parking available. The closest VTA Bus Line are 21, 53, 59 & 60. Please visit www.VTA.Org to plan your trip.  What can I bring into the event? Please bring your high school ID and comfortable undergarments. Our appointments can range from 1 to 60 students and you may need to share a dressing room with friends or others. We ask that you do not bring any personal items (backpacks, large purses, sports equipment, etc.) as we do not have a location to keep them safe. Please do not bring any food/snacks or beverages to your appointment to avoid potential damage to our dresses. How can I contact the organizer with any questions or to request a Special Accommodation? Please contact us at [email protected]  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Having a printed ticket would greatly help us check you in faster, however in the spirit of saving trees a screenshot of the QR code or e-mail confirmation on your phone works just as well!  Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment? Yes! Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. We would like the opportunity for other students on our waitlist to schedule their preferred appointment date. How long is my appointment and what happens during? We’d love to say, “shop till you drop,” but we need to stick to our schedule to make sure we can provide the same amazing experience for every teen who walks through our doors. After checking in and being assigned a “Fairy Godmother” aka a Personal Shopping Assistant, you will have about one (1) hour to find your perfect prom dress and to select the perfect accessory to compliment it. We have thousands of beautiful dresses, sizes 0 – 30, so we’re confident we will make your dreams real! Can I take pictures during my appointment? We ask that you refrain from taking any photos in the dressing rooms with your phone as other teens will be changing and trying on dresses. However, we will have a beautiful photo backdrop where you and your friends can strike a pose! Can I bring a Guardian/Parent/Chaperone to my appointment? One(1) Guardian/Parent/Chaperone is allowed per student. Your parent/guardian and/or chaperone must adhere to the same COVID guidelines and liability clauses outlined by the PPSV. Can I return/exchange my dress? We want everyone to SPARKLE and SHINE for prom, however we do not allow returns or exchanges.
