Description

Black and white Boarder Collie may be loose around town or with a tall blond man in his early 30's with black adidas backpack. The dog is mostly black with right front paw is white with speckles up to elbow and hind leg paws are speckled too. White markings on her face and around neck. Nephew took off and left garage open so we don't know if he has the dog or not. He is mentally unstable and do not know where he went or is going. Call Shawn
