Do you know the signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction and how to respond? Are you looking for tips on buying allergy-friendly foods, avoiding mistakes in the kitchen, and eating out safely? These topics and more are covered at this free community workshop open to parents of children with food allergy, adults with food allergy, professionals, and anyone interested in learning more about food allergy (ages 12+ for in-person attendees).
In-person attendees receive free hospital parking, a $15 voucher for the hospital cafeteria, and a bag full of giveaways, including allergy-friendly foods, a medication carrying case, books, and more.
