Learn how to paint a fun under-water world. For ages 12+ Come and paint with our Director, Donna Cardon, and learn how to create a charming under-water scene. Fish can be painted free hand or with stencils. All supplies will be provided. Preregistration is required. For Highland City Library card holders only.
