Following its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, you’re invited to an exclusive panel/Q&A featuring the filmmakers and impact partners behind CHICKEN, dedicated to supporting the affected communities depicted in the film. We invite you to hear from key speakers, community activists, and the production team – aligned in mission to prevent children from ever entering juvenile incarceration, again. Our heart for this night is to provide space to network with our industry and inspire others to support local organizations as we build through our Juvenile Justice Ministry, here in New York City.

In a Bronx juvenile prison, a 16-year old boy faced with losing custody of his child must discover what it takes to be a father through the raising of a chicken. Inspired by true stories of anonymous residents Dir. Josh Leong first met while volunteering at a juvenile detention center in 2021.
