Taste the Best of Napa Valley, at Silverado Resort and Spa. Every Friday and Saturday from 5:00pm - 6:30pm Each party will have their wine barrel for their tasting table and will taste a Sparkling wine, a chardonnay, a Sauvignon Blanc, a Merlot, and a Cabernet. Wines will be paired with small bites prepared by Chef Rodrigo . Wine education is presented by our very own Jennifer Belmont, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Wines will rotate on a frequent basis and below are the wines that will be poured through August events. Sparkling - SchramsbergChardonnay - Chateau Montelena Sauvignon Blanc - AXRMerlot - Freemark AbbeyCabernet Sauvignon - Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Cost: $79 plus tax per person Location: The Vineyards at Silverado, overlooking the 18th Hole of the South Course.
