Please join us for yoga outside at Dorothea Dix Park EVERY weekend! We offer donation based yoga that is accessible for everyone! Nova Retreats offers weekly yoga classes as well as yoga teacher trainings, local and international retreats, and other events to foster connection in the community! We would love to hang out with you at ANY of our weekly classes! Monday - Friday at 6pm - (60 min class at Fred Fletcher Park) Saturday at 11am - (75 min class at Dorothea Dix Park to the left of the Cherry Building) Sunday at 10am - (75 min class at Dorothea Dix Park to the left of the Cherry Building) Address for Dorothea Dix Park location ; 764 Barbour Drive Raleigh, NC 27606 All experience levels are welcome!!!
