Join Level3 Yoga for an energetic, 60-minutes full-body yoga flow. Explore the fundamental postures of Vinyasa yoga, set to heavy bass trap music playlists. "Trap Yoga in the Park" is an all-levels, foundation-building class. Beginners are welcome. Come ready to work every muscle as we vibe and link breath to movement. Class is donation-based. Donate at least $20, and receive a FREE Level3 Yoga tee while supplies last!
*Don't forget your mask, yoga mat, towel, water, and/or sunscreen. Feel free to bring blankets and other items that may help you get comfortable.
Beginning Sunday, April 10th, we are bringing meditation to Trap Yoga in the Park! Join us for a part-yoga, part-meditation class led by Audrey Cash and Lauren Williams. This "Meditation for Beginners" 4-week series is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to meditate or commit to a consistent meditation practice. For this series, donations over $15 will receive a Level3 journal to aid you with your journey.
