The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center in collaboration with LIRA Group is hosting the 2022 Juneteenth 3K Walk & Festival . About the 2022 MLK Juneteenth 3K Walk & Festival The Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in collaboration with LIRA Group is hosting the 2022 Juneteenth 3K Walk & Festival on Saturday, June 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The opening ceremony for the walk kicks off at 9:00 a.m., and the walk starts at 9:30 a.m. How to Register To participate in the walk, individuals and groups must register via Eventbrite. Individual registration is $15. Team registration is $125. Teams may have up to 10 participants. Registered participants will receive a t-shirt, free lunch, and swag bag filled with treats. Funds raised will support the programs and cultural community events at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center. The final day to register is May 27, 2022. Refunds are not available. Juneteenth Festival The festival opening ceremony will begin at 9:00 a.m. There will be vendors, live entertainment, and children's activities, including a bounce house, petting zoo, and more throughout the day.
