Gathering 300 individuals who are willing to take a proactive stand against prostitution and human trafficking in Dallas Texas 300 Strong is a Rally/ March (Hosted by Victory Outreach Church of Dallas) taking place on the steps of Dallas City Hall on June 2nd, 2022 @ 10:00am. The purpose of this rally is to unite individuals and organizations who desire to help rescue these Twilight Treasures from a lifestyle of captivity and drug addiction. 300 Strong is part of a bigger event called Operation Code Red. Code Red is an evangelistic thrust that takes place simultaneously in all Victory Outreach Churches every year. During Code Red each church will gather the twilight treasures in their areas and treat them to a day of pampering. Victory Outreach offers free residence in our Victory Homes for 1 year. Each year we have been able to direct women into our residential homes or transfer them into a residential home in another city. This year we will have the awesome opportunity to have a Proclamation read proclaiming the first week of June as Code Red Week in Dallas. We would like to invite you to come to City Hall and join us for this momentous occasion.
