Handyman Needed with Flooring Experience

We are getting our place in Potrero Hill ready for new tenants who are moving in on June 1st, and need help to sand and stain a small portion of the floor in order to improve its visual appearance. Please see attached photo. This unit is now 100% empty, so of course, this will make the sanding & staining much easier. If you're interested, please write us back with brief answers to the following questions: 1. Approximately how much will you charge in labor to sand and stain ONLY the section of the floor that is shown in the photo. (Labor cost only. The area to sand totals only 10 square feet.) 2. What is your level of experience with these kinds of flooring projects? 3. How soon would you be available to work on this project? If possible, it would also be helpful to know if you will bring your own sanding machine, or if will you need to rent a sanding machine. Either way is fine. We are assuming that you probably do not own the machine. Please note: At this time, we are NOT looking to refinish the entire floor. We are planning bigger flooring projects later on, but for this project, we are looking to sand and stain just this one small section that represents only 10 square feet. Once we hear from you, we will respond straight away! You can give a final quote after you have viewed the floor.
