End your weekend with a shift in your mind set. Ashtosis is a combination of breathing techniques, yogic movement and hypnosis. For class you will want to wear comfortable clothing (sweatpants, yoga pants, tshirt, sports bra, tank top,) as we will be moving around for a portion of class. During class you can expect to unwind, relax and learn some new coping techniques that you can use in your daily life. You will be given a printed "map" (that you should take home with you so that you can practice on your own later) of the exact yoga poses, in the exact order that we will be doing them. Once we have completed the yogic portion, you will relax and be guided into hypnosis. This hypnosis will serve to help you to stick to your weight loss goals. You will be guided to love and respect your body. Monday morning your mind will support your goals. Easily and effortlessly you will begin to shed weight and negative feelings about your body
