Hello friends! I wanted to let it be known, that I am here to help both reptiles and their owners. We do accept owner surrenders, no questions asked, no judgement passed. I've had a couple of the prior owners of owner surrenders request that the animal stay with me, and not be adopted out. So long as my space and resources permit, I have no problem doing that. I want the owners to feel 100% comfortable with their decision. My number one priority is and always will be, the well being of the animal. I'm also here for anyone who may need to surrender an ill reptile, and just does not have the resources to get him/her to a vet/treatment. No judgement. I'm here for any abandonment cases, I'm here if anyone just needs some advice as far as husbandry/basic care goes. I know the internet world can be pretty harsh, I've had a couple of people actually reach out on the internet for help, and get criticized terribly. I was able to help those folks. My inbox is always open. If someone is in a situation, where they need a short term foster for their reptile, if I have the appropriate space to do so, I would be more than happy to. There are very limited resources out there for reptiles. That's why I started this Refuge. I want to help. I want people to know, that we are always an option.
