Looking to hire handymen as needed basis. If interested please complete application and we will reply ASAP. General Contractor's license recommended BUT not required. Have lots of jobs available to keep you busy. Must have reliable transportation and be available and ready to work ASAP Handyman duties and responsibilities A Handyman is generally responsible and include but are to limited to the following: General repairs, painting, tiling, flooring, carpet install and or removal, demolition, electrical, mechanical and plumbing related repairs. Depending on the client, they may engage with landscape maintenance to ensure the exterior areas are kept in good condition. Here are some common duties performed by a Handyman: * Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry. Licensed General Contractor only * Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. * Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. * Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed. * Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building. * Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Licensed General Contractor only * Ability to safely use common power and hand tools * HVAC knowledge and repair skills NOT REQUIRED * Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems NOT REQUIRED * Strong communication skills with property management and tenants * Self-starter with good time management skills
